The harder parts involve deeper thinking like figuring out how different leadership styles affect teams, analyzing financial risks, and seeing how businesses react when markets or economies change. These tasks push you to plan carefully, think critically, and present your ideas clearly through reports or presentations.

In the end, this unit isn’t just about how to run a business it’s about seeing it as a system of people, choices, and strategies that all need to work together for long-term success.
